ODUCHU

Conceptual, musical project which was created in the summer of 2018 by 2 Tuvan musicians: Chingis Sorzhu and Mengi Mongush. The archaic word “Oduchu” is translated as “the healer”. The main goal of the project is to search, select and analyze Tuvan folklore and to bring new life into it. The idea is to bring our listeners to the depth of their consciousness so that they will find their forgotten roots. Like the healer who gets medicine by picking and mixing herbs, Oduchu with its music gives people an Elixir for the main illness of the 21st century – stress.
